Pepper is part of Homeward Bound’s 3rd Party Adoption listing for privately-owned Vermont animals.  Pets posted for 3^rd Party Adoption are not at the shelter. Pepper is an 8-month old domestic female rabbit who is not spayed, and has no known medical conditions.

Pepper’s current owner describes her as curious, affectionate, playful, social and talkative.  She loves to be around people and roams free in the house when her owner is home.  She has been around cats and chases after them to play, but the cats are not interested in establishing a friendship. 

Pepper would do well with children who are old enough to understand that she does not want to be picked up, but she loves attention.  When Pepper gets the zoomies, she is very entertaining to watch.

Most important to Pepper’s current owner is that she goes to a home where she is allowed to be free to roam and play often, and that she has people she can socialize with who will give her lots of attention.   Pepper has been kept in a 5’x5’ enclosure when not free to roam.
