Otto has such a cool face and a cool personality to match it!  He doesn’t like to be picked up but he does really like attention, is very friendly, loves to play (especially with  little balls and feathers on sticks) and is pretty outgoing. His previous family said Otto is very active and friendly. Otto has quickly demonstrated that he is ready and willing to be a part of a family who will allow him to properly live the life of a cat, with plenty of love and affection!
