Annabelle was a month short of her 10th birthday when her health took a sudden and unexpected turn. She was our first pet as a couple, our first “child.” She picked us. She was full of life, enjoying hikes and loved car rides. You could never say the words “cookie” or “ice cream” in her presence with out her going crazy. She was rude best smuggler, happy to curl up for a nap or just lounge on your shoulders to watch tv. She was amazing with our three kids and a devoted support to her primary human, a combat vet. Sending her over the rainbow bridge was one of the hardest things we’ve had to do. She is survived by our family, her brother Audi, our GSD Anya, and cat Destiny. Be at peace dear girl for you are no longer in pain.
