My name is Manny and I am the sweetest boy you will ever meet. I arrived at the shelter as a stray on May 30 with an unknown history. I presented with a dislocated jaw that appears to have healed on its own. As a result, my tongue is hanging out and I sometimes drool. I am not in any discomfort and I have been to a vet. Homeward Bound learned that due to the location of my fracture (misaligned), it would require rebreaking my jaw in order to reset it. I agreed with the veterinarian that this was not the approach I wanted to take. That said, I didn’t get off easy as eight of my teeth needed to be pulled.

I am a very affectionate and happy boy. I like to give people hugs and I enjoy being pet. I have gotten along with cats and dogs at the shelter.
