2017 Dining Card order form

Homeward Bound Lunch Cards are $50 and Dinner Cards are $100.

Whether you purchase a lunch or dinner card – or both – you will realize significant savings when you dine out at the local restaurants which are a part of our program. Homeward Bound Dining Cards are a great way to support your local humane society and area businesses.

When you present your card at one of our 2017 Dining Card Restaurants and purchase one entree, your guest will receive an entrée of the same or lesser value free.  We only ask that you base your gratuity on both.

The 2017 cards will be valid for the calendar year and may be used any days except New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Middlebury College Parent's Weekend and Commencement, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.  They may not be used with any other coupon or offer.  Each card may be used ONCE at each restaurant.
