Mister Walter is what we call him, he is one of the most outgoing, sweet, and loving buns you will ever get to meet. This sweet boy was found on the side of the road and a nice family saved him. He has been with us for month and has been with a staff member who has fell in with him but knows he needs to find his fur-ever home. Walter has shown some separation anxiety, to the point of being very sad and needing vet care. When he is left alone he has a radio playing and is not left alone for long periods of time. When our staff person gets homes she goes right in to see him, he comes running over and almost climbing her leg to be held. Walter loves when someone sits on the floor with him and he can sit on their lap. He sometimes gives little grunts like where have you been? He is always looking to be with people. Walter also grunts when you put your hand in his food and may charge your hand but never bites, this could be from being a stray and worrying about food. Walter knows is name and will come when called. He loves his rabbit cookies these make him crazy happy.
So we are asking that someone that takes him is not going to cage him, but let him run around and be part of the family we ask this about all the rabbits we adopt but Walter is a MUST! Walter is potty-trained. He enjoys sitting and watching tv with you and munching down on his favorite treats. Walter is very active and enjoys seeing and doing new things, a little adventures he is.
Are you looking for a bunny who acts just like a dog and wants to be your center of attention all the time? Oh and those ears, Radar we call him sometimes.
Come meet Mister Walter today, he won’t be here for long!
Walter will not be neutered until September 27th, he may go home in that time but will ask the new adopters to bring him to his appointment.
