This old man is a mush. He can take time to warm up to an environment. With proper introductions he can warm up to other cats. Mellow dogs wont invade his space would be fine with him. Once he feels safe and comfortable with you he will beg for attention and food. Twitter deserves a loving and stable home for the rest of his life.
