Sam is such a love and gains his confidence from the humans around him. He is a bit nervous being in a new environment, but is alllllllll sweetness. He is a cuddle monster and clingy in the best way. We think he would do best with another pup, or pups,  or a very present family. He passed his cat test with flying colors, so a home with a kitty is no problem. He is still such a baby at heart and needs an amazing family to love him forever.
