Meet Rouger! This big, floppy sweetheart needs your help! Rouger was kept outside his whole life and doesn’t understand how to live indoors very well yet. He has an extremely gentle and happy temperament, sits on your lap, loves kids, has the classic hound howl, wants constant affection and enjoys the freedom of playing outside whenever he can. He isn’t good around cats, but he is interested in other dogs. The only real hurdle he faces now to find his home is becoming house trained. He thinks everywhere is a place to go to the bathroom, indoors or out. He needs a person, or family, to help him learn. He is a pure Black and Tan, soft and sweet. We are seeking a foster or adopter to help him. A fenced in yard is ideal, but a patient heart is all he really needs. Give us a call at the shelter if you are able to help him!
