Phoebe is a wonderful gal who is slowly but surely coming out of her shell each and every day. Phoebe is very sweet and loves attention! She can be shy at first but once you have her heart, she will be delighted to receive endless pets from you. Her previous owner said she was an affectionate and friendly lap cat. Phoebe absolutely loves to play with little balls- if you pass one to her, she will pass it right back to you! She lived with a cat in her previous home but that cat caused Phoebe stress. We think that if she were to go to a home with another cat who gave her space and respected her boundaries, she would do well. She also lived with a dog and the two peacefully coexisted.
