Penelope is a sweet, sleek young gal who is slow to warm up, but is as sweet as honey once she does! She is playful, curious, and smart, and does best when in the company of other cats. Penelope has lived with young children and other cats, but does not have experience with dogs. Her ideal home is with folks who will be understanding and patient while she comes out of her shell. We would like Penelope to be adopted with another cat or go to a home with an existing cat- she seeks out feline company and is her best self when she has a buddy!
