Otto is a goofball guy who came to us as a stray. When he arrived he needed lots of TLC, this little man was neglected and in need of our care badly – but look at him now! He is playful, adoring and affectionate. We think in his previous life he was either left outside or tied out, because his leash skills need a bit of work. But, besides that he is ready and raring to go! Good with cats and people of all ages, he would make an awesome addition to your home. He is dog selective, but can be dog social, so potentially could be the second dog in a home. He is inquisitive and expressive, enjoys toys and time outdoors, loves to chew and most importantly craves snuggles.
