Otter is a handsome and affectionate 2-year old guy. He is chatty and likes to lounge on high perches. He is playful and a total love-bug. Otter gets along well with cats except tom-cats. He has come to the conclusion that he hates dogs. Otter came to shelter with some missing toes on one of his back feet, but that doesn’t slow him down!
