Kay-dub is our longest-term kitty resident. He has, unfortunately, had zero interest and we want to get him into a loving home! Kay-Dub has progressed a lot since being with us since 2/9/22 and is now almost 6 years old. We are proud to say that his diabetes is manageable with a special diet and he has been completely taken off of insulin injections.

Kay-Dub loves diabetic safe treats and catnip, although catnip makes him very playful. He loves affection and is quick to adapt to new situations and environments. Kay-Dub does not get along with other cats and although he had lived with dogs in his previous home, we think he is best suited as an only pet in the home. He loves to explore all of his surroundings.

Kay-Dub is considered a special needs pet because he will need to be maintained on the diabetic diet. His adoption fee is on a donation basis.
