Fred is a 7-year old beagle mix who came to the shelter with his dog buddy, Chicken.  Fred has a moderate energy level best described as short bursts of energy quickly followed by a nap.  He’s happy being curled up on a blanket and chilling out, but will rise to the occasion of an outing.  He’s people friendly, dog social, and good with kids.
