Beautiful Chatly is a total sweetheart whose previous guardian described him as affectionate, playful, independent, friendly and you guessed it… chatty!  Chatly does not like dogs and is indifferent to cats.  As a matter of fact, Chatly loves to sit on top of a cat tree and watch the other cats down below.  Chatly is very friendly and although he has no experience with children, we think he would do well with a respectful child.  Chatly is a gorgeous guy who will make a great companion!
