Cecil is a simple guy who only has food on his mind which is why he is currently on a weight management plan and he meows in disagreement. When Cecil isn’t complaining about his “starvation,” he likes to explore and look out the window. He came to the shelter with Flipp and we have determined that they are a bonded pair and do not like to be separated.
