Bow is a 2-year old neutered lab mix weighing 80 pounds. He is up-to-date on all vaccinations and has no known medical conditions.

Bow’s owner describes him as friendly to family, playful, affectionate, and needy. He knows basic commands like sit, lie down, and rollover. He is not crate-trained and has the choice to be where he wants to be in his current home. He will lie on the couch when left at home alone, and experiences some separation anxiety when his humans leave. Bow also has the tendency to guard his food.

Bow wants to snuggle and will lean into you for attention. He really just wants to be with his trusted humans, whether in the car, on the trail, on a walk, or on the sofa at home.

The other family dog is older and doesn’t want to play. They do not co-exist well, which causes Bow to be anxious and timid. He gets along well with another family member’s dogs and will play constantly with them at their home.

There have not been cats or kids in Bow’s current life. He tends to be shy around kids and will try to avoid them.

Bow’s current family feels that he would be in his happiest life if he could be with another dog(s) that he gets along with and who likes to play. Access to a fenced yard or being walked every day would be required to expel some young-dog energy.

If you have questions or want to meet Bow, please call his current owner at the contact information above.
