Bennie is a sweet, active cat who has lived with another cat and a dog.  Here at the shelter he gets overwhelmed when out and about with a lot of other cats so he has a room to himself, but we feel he would do fine in a home with one other fairly mellow cat.  Bennie was surrendered to Homeward Bound because he would occasionally urinate outside of his litter box, but his guardian shared that they only scooped the box once a week.  Here at the shelter with daily scooping he hasn’t had a single accident!  Bennie is a young, playful, affectionate cat who, according to his previous guardian, is a top-notch mouser.  If you give this guy a chance, you won’t be disappointed!
