Axle came to Homeward Bound after his owner moved to a home with stairs and this sweet guy was too scared to use them.  Axle is a very friendly fellow who loves affection, couches and a quiet home.  According to his previous owner, Axle likes to play gently with toys, go for car rides and did well with cats and other dogs.  Axle may come across as a bit shy at first but once he is settled, he would make a great companion for many people.
