Apollo is an incredibly handsome cat who’s been a bit misunderstood.  He lived in a bustling home with 3 other cats and with dogs and while he got along great with all of them, it just wasn’t a good match for his timid, quiet personality.  He developed litter box issues in the home and as a result was surrendered, but we feel strongly that the stress of the home was the main factor in his litter box strike- he hasn’t had a single accident here at the shelter!  Apollo will do well in a quiet home, either without other pets or with just one other kitty or pup for company.  While we feel his litter box avoidance was no fault of his own, Apollo does qualify for a “Test Drive,” meaning that serious potential adopters can take him home risk-free for one month to see how he fits into the home.  If you give this handsome fellow a chance, you won’t be let down!
