Anne Bell is a gorgeous brindle Mastiff who is spayed, current on her vaccinations, and completely house trained. She is almost two years old and is described by her foster mom as a mellow snuggle bug. Anne Bell is currently living in a foster home with three other large dogs whom she tolerates but she is not fond of small, high energy dogs and was given up by her first family after a negative interaction with a small dog. Anne Bell is like many Mastiffs in that is reserved with people at first and she does not always get along with other dogs and will do best with an experienced Mastiff owner as an only dog.

Anne Bell is fond of women and actively avoids cats! She enjoys walks in the woods and pays no mind to rabbits, squirrels or other wildlife that cross her path. While she has no experience living with children she has seemed accepting of them. She is less confident around men but with steady encouragement is getting over her anxiety and learning to trust.

Anne Bell is living with her guardian while we help find her a new home. For more information or to arrange a visit, please contact Kaitie at 802-735-6347 or kaitlyn.armstrong@vermont.gov.
