If eating almonds has health benefits, imagine what petting Almond, the cat, can do!  Almond has a silky soft coat and is really friendly!  She lives in a community room here at the shelter but she can be hissy towards other cats if a human is giving them more attention than they are giving her.  Almond really loves to rub her head against any leg who passes by.  She is also very affectionate and curious!
