Throughout the year, we host  fundraising events to benefit the shelter.  These events are a critical part of our operating budget and provide us the ability to provide all of the necessary care to each and every animal that enters our shelter.  The events also support our other programs and allow us to offer many services at no cost to the community (i.e. Cruelty Response Program, Lost and Found Services, Humane Education).

Remaining 2016 Events:

A Quilt Raffle for Cat Lovers!   This 50”x 58” quilt was hand made by Sharon Walker of Shelburne, volunteer foster provider for shelter kittens and quilter extraordinaire!

$5 – 1 ticket    $10 – 3 tickets   $20 – 10 tickets

Tickets may be purchased in 4 ways:
~ Call the shelter at 802-388-1100.
~ Print out and mail in the Quilt raffle order form
~ Order online
~ In person at the shelter – 236 Boardman Street, Middlebury (Tuesday-Saturday, 12:00-5:00pm)

The drawing will take place on November 26 at Homeward Bound’s Internet Cat Video event if the minimum number of tickets have been sold, but no later than 12/16/16.

November 26:  International Cat Video Festival (throwback to 2012, the original Festival) at the Town Hall Theatre

December:  Lights of Love Tree Lighting and Open House
